Embody Self Awareness

Hello and sending all the loves! Hope you are well.

WOW! I do not even have the words to explain all the experiences of the last few months.

What I do know is I want to turn this time in THRIVING and am tired of feeling like I am just surviving. We are here to thrive, to experience and to expand into our contentment and JOY!


I have been learning, unlearning, questioning and being. I have spent time with myself and more time with myself.

And for me, this has been the great invitation at this time to question

Attachment to who I am, attachment to the comfortable ways of life, attachment to belief systems and the attachment that I am suppose to know anything.

My discovery has been much of my suffering is due to attachment and comparison.


I have been so grateful for my practices and rituals I have created in my life over the past 7 years. I am ready to share the practices that have helped me understand who I am not, so I can know the truths of who I am. The practices that have me in a deep surrender and trust that it is all happening FOR me and FOR the good as a collective. And the practice of love and the only way I can show up as the love I want to see in the world is to truly embody that love within and FOR myself.


I am offering this course which is an introduction to all the work I have done on my healing journey.


There are a number of us in the group who have committed to a deep gut biome cleanse and transformation.

I did this cleanse in the month of May. I was tired of the low energy, relying on coffee, the lack of clarity and focus, the constant snacking (being at home more than ever) and the sugar cravings I was experiencing.

The cleanse really helped me feel a reset in my body, a cleanse within my digestive system and a whole new renewal of energy. And if you know me well, here is the big shocker, I went 2 weeks with no coffee and have been able to stop my first thing in the morning coffee need :) that is a really big deal for me. I am now back on my coffee, yet not first thing in the morning and not as a crutch for energy. Because I love coffee and it is on my bliss list and I have been enjoying it more as a treat vs a need. This blog has been about my healing journey and for me it is a life long journey on all the levels. The physical, the mental, the emotional and the spiritual.

I am creating a community of us who will meet weekly on Zoom and share tools and ideas for our personal growth, healing and staying grounded within our truths during this time.
