My healing has been the most liberating and exploratory process of my life.
Compassion and Responsibility has been the theme for me this year.
There is no rule book to this humanness.
No one has ever been or can be you and your experiences.
That is the joy of this life experience.
For me to discover true joy, there has been tribulation.
All of it, from the joy to the tribulation, it has all been for me.
All a part of exploring the human experience as Alicia.
No one else has ever walked in my shoes, nor can they.
No one else has felt emotions in the way I experience them, nor can they.
No one else has lived through my personal set of challenges and attached the same belief systems to those challenges as I have.
This is all mine, my healing is all mine.
And we are not meant to do this on our own.
The healing is ours and we need each other.
I am grateful for each and every human that has shared tools, ways, been a guide and held space for me as I discovered the path to my own healing.
COMPASSION
To find a love deep inside and completely for me.
I did not need to be protected or held.
I needed to learn how to protect and heal myself.
I had to learn the value of me.
What it means to be at home within myself.
"Home is knowing. knowing your mind, knowing your heart, knowing your courage, if we know ourselves we're always home, anywhere."
-Gilda the Good Witch
The more I discovered and truly became self compassionate, the more I discovered the innocence and love for all the experience this life has offered me.
RESPONSIBILITY
Full responsibility of my belief systems.
Full responsibility of my emotions.
Full responsibility of my physical presence.
Full responsibility of my spirituality.
Full responsibility of my humanness.
Full responsibility of how I think, feel and do.
There is no one to blame for my unhappiness or happiness, that is all up to me.
No one makes me feel sad, lonely, angry or hurt.
Those are my feelings and those are all up to me.
The more I live in responsibility of all of me, the more free I am.
I am still learning, growing and healing in each and every moment.
And I have truly found a place of joy within it all.
I am grateful for every second of my life. The past is the past, it only exist where I allow it to.
I choose to release all the past, I choose to step into each and every day as
The Greatest Day of My Life! Thank you Christina for this beautiful invitation.
