Where Healing Begins

Updated: Oct 5, 2019

No one was born with guilt and shame. This is learned through our own beliefs, the beliefs of those around us and the conditioning of our environments and society. Are these beliefs, our egos protection? Our desires to be loved? Our needs of acceptance, validation, nurturing, and belonging? It is all through our innocence of learning how to be in this big world.

The wonderful news is at anytime you have the power to change your perspective, your beliefs and to heal and release what no longer serves you.

In order to let go we must go within and heal the conditioning and beliefs that are not ours. Through my experience over the past 6 years of self inquiry, learning to be within my emotions,, knowing my own values and living a life aligned with my own truths, I have come to a place of acceptance, a place of knowing who I am, what I am and how I serve. This is the work I do!

This blog is my experience of coming into my own truths, letting go of my limiting beliefs, and taking full responsibility in the CREATION of my life. I hope this blog encourages others of the importance of living your own truths, questioning the thoughts and beliefs that may be holding you back, knowing that in order to let go we must heal and that healing is entirely within your own power.

I hope for this to be an open dialogue. I never claim to KNOW anything except who I am, what I am and how I serve. I am open to discussion and sharing. I am a huge believer that it is in our togetherness that we heal our world. It begins with us healing and living from a place of acceptance and compassion within ourselves and then we can be that to the world around us.

I love the saying it takes a village to raise a child. We are all children living as adult and need a village of love and support all around us.

Healing begins with a willingness.

Healing begins with an open heart and an open mind

Healing begins as we desire a different outcome, a different perspective and a newer version.

There is never anything wrong with exactly where we are, ever. We are exactly where we need to be for a reason. We are perfect exactly how we are.

And then we come to this place in life where we want more, something different or just to feel more comfortable with who we are. And this is where healing begins.

It is in the willingness to love exactly who we are.
